Some sites are best left to be straight html websites and others need to be constantly changing and use a joomla! or CMS type architecture. I will make sure that the correct route is chosen for you and your organization.
I can also maintain your site either completely maintain all content/programs, or indrectly by assisting you with maintaining your site on your own. My goal is to train most of my clients so they can manage their own content, and only use me (or any other programmer) for more complex installations, etc...
