Joomla 2.5 What to do???
Are you planning a building a new site, then go straight into 2.5. Keep in mind this release is based on the same 'core' as 1.6, 1.7, so it has been tested since January 2011...and it is stable.

I have published my first Joomla Video Training course! Thanks to Video2Brain, the course, 'Getting Started with Joomla!', will be out live sometime late February. Visit, www.Video2Brain.com
I am looking forward to be coordinating another JoomlaNYC event. JoomlaCamp 2012 will be on March 11, 2012. It will be held at SLC Conference Center.
It will be an 'unconference' conference where we will take topics that people are interested in and break up into small groups to discuss and learn more together. With the help of mentors we will teach, learn, 'and play'
To register, please visit, www.joomlanyc.org
I look forward to seeing you there!
On Sunday, Feb 19, 2012, I will be embarking on a trip that only a very few get to go on. For the first time I will be visiting Israel! This trip is sponsored by the Norman Tanzman Fellows, Jewish Federation of Middlesex County. Fourteen of us were chosen from around Middlesex County to go on this trip with Leadership and learning in mind. We will be visiting different organizations in Israel and will have the chance to learn and work together as a group.
Firebug

I made this presentation at the JoomlaNYC User group meeting on December 8, 2011.
Firebug is a very powerful tool that helps me to modify any template / design to my client's wishes. Without it I would be completely blind. By using it, I get the 'secrets' behind the website, how it is built, and how I can modify it.
